Nevoid or linear psoriasis is an uncommon form of psoriasis characterized by thelinear or zosteriform distribution of the psoriatic lesions. It usually follows the lines ofBlaschko with unilateral involvement. It is commonly confused clinically andhistopathologically with verrucous epidermal nevus. We report a young male, who hadlinear psoriasis in a unilateral distribution over his shoulder and arm. He wasdiagnosed on clinical as well as histological ground and was managed on the lines ofpsoriasis.References
