Dercum’s disease: a case report

Dercum’s disease is a chronic progressive disorder of unknown etiology, characterized by multiple, painful, subcutaneous lipomas. We report two cases of this rare disease. The clinical, histopathological and imaging findings supported the diagnosis.References
