Abstract

Cutaneous sarcoidosis is never the first diagnosis, but must be considered in differential diagnosis of any chronic granulomatous infection. The disease under discussion was misdiagnosed as cutaneous lymphoma and was treated accordingly with no improvement. After the diagnosis of sarcoidosis and treatment the disease resolved very quickly.
