Cellulite is a dermatological condition that affects 80- 90% of postpubertal women across all races and makes the skin surface to resemble an orange peel or a mattress. There are several theories postulated to explain the aetiopathogenesis of cellulite, and a number of different therapeutic regimens have been developed in recent years, from topical treatments to mechanical or energy-based devices. In this article, the currently available treatment modalities are reviewed in the light of the recent literature.References
