Porokeratosis is a clonal expansion of keratinocytes. Among the neoplasms, squmous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the most commonly reported malignancy in porokeratosis. Porokeratosis of mibelli, keratoacanthoma and verruca vulgaris have association with human papilloma virus (HPV). We report here a case of keratoacanthoma, verruca vulgaris in a lesion of porokeratosis of mibelli.References
